Our nails are meticulously handcrafted using only professional, salon-quality gel nail polishes to ensure a superior, long-lasting finish. We prioritize premium, high-end materials and strictly avoid lower-quality brands like Beetles, delivering an artisanal product that rivals a professional salon experience.
Sizing
How do I find my correct nail size?
We highly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit for the most accurate fit.
You may also use the coin photo method by sending clear photos of your nails next to a coin for reference. This allows me to estimate your nail sizes, though it may not be as precise as a sizing kit.
If your nails fall between sizes, choose the slightly larger size and gently file the sides for a better fit.
Because each set is custom made, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered for incorrect sizing.
Application
What is the best way to apply my nails?
Start with clean hands. Buff your natural nails, wipe with an alcohol pad, apply a drop of glue or an adhesive tab, and press the press-on nail firmly for 30 seconds for a secure bond.
Wear Time
How long do the nails last once applied?
When using our nail glue, a set can last 2 to 3 weeks with proper prep. If using adhesive tabs, the nails will last 1 to 3 days, making them perfect for temporary events or weekend wear.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship orders throughout the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
Processing Times
When can I expect my order to ship?
Because each set is artisanal and hand-painted once your order is placed, our current processing time is 7 to 14 business days before your package is handed to the shipping carrier.

How does customization work?
All nail sets are handcrafted to order. Once you’ve placed your order, send your inspiration and nail sizes by email and your design will be thoughtfully created.
Refunds & Exchanges
What is your policy on returns?
Due to the hygienic and customized nature of our artisanal nails, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time.
Care Tips
How can I keep my sets looking their best?
Avoid soaking in water for long periods and wear gloves when cleaning. When not in use, always store your nails in their original packaging to prevent scratches or damage.
Removal
How do I safely remove my press-on nails?
Soak nails in warm, soapy water and oil of choice for 15–20 minutes and gently lift. A nail glue remover may also be used if needed. Never force removal, as this can damage your natural nails. Clean and store for reuse if desired.
